Ingredients
  

  • 1 chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp za’atar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Mediterranean spice blend
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the plain yogurt, oil, minced garlic, salt, granulated garlic, za'atar, paprika, Mediterranean spice blend, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  • Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes beforehand to prevent burning.
  • Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Once cooked, transfer the skewers to a plate. Garnish with sliced green onions and a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Serve alongside fresh green salad and couscous salad for a complete meal.
