- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp marjoram

Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until golden brown. About 2-3 minutes on each side.

Return the fish to the pan, pour in chicken stock and cook for an additional 5 - 10 minutes.
Garnish the dish with freshly chopped dill.
