Festive Christmas Tree Deviled Eggs

- 5 eggs
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

- Boil the Eggs:
- Place the eggs in a pot with boiling water and cook 8-10 minutes
- Once boiling, transfer the eggs to an ice bath too cool for about 10 minutes, which helps in peeling.
- Once the eggs are cool, gently peel them and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.
- Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Transfer the yolk mixture into a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off) and fill each egg white half generously with the filling.
- Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber lengthwise into long, thin slices.
- Take each slice and shape it into a "Christmas tree." You can do this by folding the slice in a way that creates a tree-like shape.
- Take a toothpick and insert it through the bottom of each cucumber slice to secure the shape.
- Add a single pomegranate seed on top of the toothpick for decoration.
- Carefully place each cucumber tree on top of the filled deviled eggs.
