  • 1 pound of shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup edamame shelled
  • 6-8 cloves garlic
  • 8 oz of pasta of your choice
  • 6 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch dill

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 3 minutes
  • Stir in the edamame, cooked pasta and chopped dill, tossing to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
