Ingredients

hot water or broth

Instructions
Add couscous to the bowl.
Pour hot water over couscous.
Cover the bowl with a lid and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the couscous to absorb the liquid.
Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate the grains.
Add diced cucumber, tomato and chopped herbs.
Drizzle olive oil and squeeze fresh lemon juice.
Season with black pepper and salt to taste if needed.
Mix everything together.
