  • 12 oz canned tuna
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds

For the dressing:

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3-4 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juce
  • pinch salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Begin by draining the can of tuna to remove any excess liquid. Place the drained tuna in a large mixing bowl.
  • Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping them. Slice the ripe avocado, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces, dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion. Add all the chopped vegetables to the bowl with the tuna.
