  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp baking powder

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease and flour a round cake pan.
  • Beat sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in oil.
  • Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract and mix.
  • Next add all-purpose flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, mix until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
